Co-Founder Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for 10 dynamic individuals to take on key leadership roles within the GoGlobal project. Each co-founder will be responsible for a critical area of the business, including:

  • 2 Partners managing international business (client-facing roles), primarily based in overseas locations.

  • 2 Partners leading technology activities, focusing on guiding and supporting member firms.

  • 1 Partner heading the finance department, managing investment strategies and financial planning.

  • 1 Partner overseeing central administration, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • 1 Partner leading the marketing department, driving brand awareness and engagement.

  • 1 Partner directing the sales department, ensuring growth and profitability.

  • 1 Partner managing customer care/experience, fostering client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • 1 Partner heading the HR department, cultivating a culture of excellence and growth.

 

Qualifications and Background
We are looking for individuals with degrees in relevant fields, preferably complemented by an MBA or equivalent qualification. A strong understanding of the latest technologies, coupled with leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit, is essential. Specific qualifications include:

  • Global Business Leaders: B.Tech in CSE/IT + MBA preferred.

  • Technology Wing Leaders: B.Tech in IT/CSE + M.Tech or BCA + MCA preferred.

  • Finance Leader: M.Com or MBA in Finance.

  • Administration Leader: MBA in General Management.

  • Marketing Leader: MBA in Marketing.

  • Sales Leader: MBA in Sales.

  • HR Leader: MBA in HR.

 

Training and Mentorship

Experience is not a prerequisite—curious freshers are encouraged to apply. We are committed to shaping our future leaders through an intensive, customized entrepreneurship training program:

  • First 3 Months: Pure training with no financial compensation.

  • Next 3 Months: Hands-on training combined with work, with a stipend of ₹25,000 per month.

  • Final 6 Months: Increased hands-on training with more work responsibilities, earning a salary of ₹50,000 per month.

  • Post-Training: A guaranteed minimum salary of ₹75,000 per month, plus profit-sharing and commissions, amounting to over ₹1.25 lakh per month.

This comprehensive one-year program, guided by former CEOs and management professors, will prepare you to lead your department as a new-era leader. Post-training, you will continue to benefit from ongoing mentorship and professional development programs, ensuring you stay at the forefront of your field.

Investment and Equity
Bigrowtec GoGlobalGrid- IT park Project- will initially be structured as an LLP, allowing for the inclusion of more partners and ensuring full transparency and accountability in the utilization of investments. The project is a ₹10 crore venture, with funds being raised from participating IT/ITes firms, crowdfunding, venture capital, loans, and initial co-founder investments.
Each co-founder or partner is expected to contribute a minimum investment of ₹10 lakhs, spread over one year—no immediate lump sum is required. This investment is nominal, especially when considering the project’s potential for growth and value appreciation. The combined investment of the 10 partners/co-founders will amount to around ₹1 crore, representing 10% of the initial capital.
Under typical circumstances, an investment of this size would yield a 1% equity share, but in recognition of the critical role these partners will play, each co-founder will receive a 2.5% equity share. Collectively, the 10 partners will hold 25% of the equity, currently valued at ₹250 lakhs—significantly below the premium rate that others will pay in the future.

The one-year training program includes 3 months of unpaid pure intensive training, followed by 3 months of hands-on training with work with a stipend of ₹25,000 per month, and the final 6 months of increased hands-on training with engaged in business with a salary of ₹50,000 per month. The initial investment with Bigrowtec Consulting Pvt Ltd is only ₹1-1.5 lakhs, which will cover your initial training and the establishment of the LLP. All other investments and capital will be managed by the you the partners team directly.

7A. Each co-founder will receive a 2.5% equity share (instead of the typical 1%) in the GoGlobal project. Collectively, the 10 co-founders will hold 25% of the company’s equity. Additionally, 40-45% of the equity shares will be allocated to the 500 IT/ITes firms that join the network, while 25-30% will be held by Bigrowtec Consulting Pvt Ltd, the promoter and leader of the project.

8A. The company will initially be structured as an LLP (Limited Liability Partnership), which allows for more partners including member firms owners and ensures full transparency and accountability in investment utilization. This structure also limits personal liability for business debts.

9A. Your investment will earn an annual profit share or dividend, with expectations of over 25%. A ₹10 lakh investment has the potential to grow significantly, potentially more than 10x by the time the company goes public with its IPO. In addition to the appreciation in equity value, you'll also receive a competitive salary and bonuses. After 10 years, your initial ₹10 lakh investment could grow to a share value of at least ₹1 crore.

10A. The project favors a hybrid work model, few days in the office followed by more days working from home, promoting a healthy work-life balance, or can choose fully office. As a technology-driven initiative, we utilize the latest advancements across all levels. As a leader of your respective department within our ecosystem, where members are spread across India, you will have the flexibility to set up your office at home while ensuring routine visits to our camp office in Cochin.
